Learn to Ride Track

The Learn to Ride area has been marked out to mimic a road layout with mini speed bumps. The track is perfect for teaching children how to ride a bike and the importance of road safety, in a fun and safe environment. 

Learning to ride a bike is not only fun, but also a great way to exercise and gain a sense of independence. The area is suitable for young children with balance bikes and children taking their first steps to riding a bike with pedals independently. 

The Learn to Ride Track is free to use during public sessions and no booking is required for public sessions. Please feel free to turn up and ride on the day. 

The Learn to Ride Track will be closed during coaching sessions or cycling events. You are advised to check the track is free before you travel by checking the online 

timetable on this page or call us on 01386 47759.
